1. Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Boa Bar LLC ("Boa Bar," "we," "us," or "our") or using our website at www.boa-bar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Boa Bar provides mobile bartending services, cocktail-making classes, guided tastings, and bar rentals for private and corporate events. Boa Bar does not sell alcohol. All alcohol for events must be purchased by the client. We provide service, skill, equipment, and execution only.

3. Booking & Deposits

• A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract
• Boa Bar reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion
• Final headcount and event details must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit forfeited, no additional charge
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event: 50% of total invoice due
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event: 100% of total invoice due
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol as outlined in the Boa Bar shopping list
• The client is responsible for ensuring the event venue permits outside bartending services
• The client must provide adequate workspace, electricity (if required), and access for setup
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests

6. Alcohol Policy

Boa Bar does not purchase, supply, or sell alcohol. All alcohol served at your event must be legally obtained by the client. Boa Bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage, in compliance with applicable law. The client assumes all liability related to alcohol consumption at their event.

7. Liability

Boa Bar carries general liability insurance on all bookings. However, Boa Bar is not liable for damages resulting from: guest misconduct, inadequate venue conditions, client-provided alcohol, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Boa Bar's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Boa Bar LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Photography & Media

Boa Bar may photograph or record events for use in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event. Boa Bar will not publish identifiable images of guests without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
